My wife and I were looking to sell our flat in Kolkata, a property we owned but had never occupied. Being residents of the USA, we were unfamiliar with the procedures involved in selling a property in India. Additionally, we hadn't completed the mutation process for the flat and lacked essential documents such as a PAN card and an Indian bank account. During our approximately two-hour meeting, Tanuja provided a comprehensive explanation of the entire selling process, and I subsequently signed the necessary paperwork. From that point onward, Tanuja efficiently managed all aspects of the transaction, including obtaining a PAN card, completing the mutation process, handling tax payments, and setting up a bank account. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable.

Tanuja also connected us with a highly competent real estate agent, who proved instrumental in securing a sale at a price that exceeded the market value by ten percent for a comparable flat.
